Tuvshintugs BatdelgerDirector
Tuvshintugs Batdelger (Ph.D) is the director of Economic Research Institute (ERI) and an associate professor of economics at the National University of Mongolia. He is actively involved in policy discussions in the country and he successfully led research teams on policy analysis projects such as impact of financial crisis on Mongolian economy, assessment of impact of big strategic mines on Mongolian economy and business environment. His research interests are macroeconomics, monetary economics
Manlaibaatar ZagdbazarSenior Researcher
Z.Manlaibaatar joined Economic Research Institute as a researcher in September 2012. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Khan-Uul Institute of Mongolia and MA in Economic Policy from the Central European University, Hungary. Prior to joining the ERI, he held several research positions at recognized organizations: as researcher at the Development Strategy and System Research Centre, as a lecturer of Mathematic modelling of Economics and Institutional economics at Khan-Uul Institute

Oyuntugs Davaakhuu joined ERI as a researcher in June 2019, and graduated with bachelors degree in Economics from National University of Mongolia. Her research interests includes development economics and macroeconomics.

OYUNZUL Tserendorj joined ERI as a researcher in July 2017, and obtained her bachelor degree in Economics from the National University of Mongolia. Her research area focuses on macoreconomics and development economics.

Nyambaatar Batbayar graduated the National University of Mongolia and obtained Bachelor degree in Economics. He has been working as a visiting researcher in ERI since August 2017. His favourite research areas are macroeconomics and CGE modelling.

Enkhsaikhan Usny-Ekh joined ERI as researcher in July 2021. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Mongolia. His research interests include macroeconomics and CGE modelling.

Gan-Ochir Doojav earned his master's and PhD degrees in economics from the Australian National University. He joined at the Bank of Mongolia (BOM) in 2005. There, he has been responsible for the macroeconomic modelling and forecasting, and worked as an Advisor to the Governor of the BOM and the Head of Working Unit of Financial Stability Council.

B.Munkh-Ireedui joined ERI as a researcher in July 2013 just after obtaining his bachelor degree in Economics from the School of Economics Studies, Mongolia. D.Gansuld is a senior lecturer in economics at Institute of Finance and Economics since 2002. He graduated from the National University of Mongolia with a B.A. degree in Economics in 2002. He received a M.A. in Economics from the National University of Mongolia in 2008. He also studied a Ph.D. in economics at CERGE-EI from 2010 to 2012.
